Sound advice from Larry. I suggest a simple fish like salmon. Just pepper and an optional squeeze of lemon after baking. Simple.

Didn't foresee a Pacers/Knicks matchup in the Eastern Conference Finals. Pulling for the Pacers. Stars/Jets got a good game going tonight too.

Starting with a Ludington Bay D'Booty BA Stout. Tons of carb on it. Had this at the brewery 5 years ago or so and remember this being one of their better beers. Was glad to find it in cans but a little disappointed - just remember this being way better. Drinkable but nothing I'd go looking for again.

Have a good Monday. Worked a long day at a warehouse and sorted through 25 pallets. My back hurts a bit lol. I was able to listen to 2 books today. The McCullough book was a great biography mostly highlighting their test flights and patents. Pretty brief on the early life and death areas, but adequate. 4/5 Stuff Matters was a winner for a material scientist book. It did a great lesson on crystalline structures with carbon/graphite/diamonds. Chocolate even made an appearance; and concrete, stainless steel, ceramics, glass etc. Love it 4.25/5
