Monday Night Blind Pirate Blood Orange IPA 7.4% in all its 19.2 oz glory. This is an IPA I really dig. This brewery started back in 2012 by three members of a Bible study group who met on Monday nights to brew beer. They've been a hit in Georgia ever since.

Right along here ba. Double mosaic dream, ddh iipa, other half. Hop forward and a juicy feel. Good fruit notes of mixed berries, and tangerine along with a nice and lingering dank flavor,

Yum! Your description is great but even w/out it, that beer looks tasty.

 

Drekker Suggin' On Chili Dogs Vienna Lager, 5.9% ABV. Pours yellow with a 3+ finger white head that left decent lacing. Aroma is malt and slight fruit. Taste is malty and bitter resin. A bit dry mouthfeel, overall very good.

Phase Three Kentucky Hugs Barleywine (English Barleywine aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 19 months). Carmel, boxed raisin, slight toffee, some prune, oak tannin, bourbon spirit, some leather. Thin and a bit drier than their usual offerings, but still impactful on flavor. I dig it.

Too funny...Bible study group sounds like a great cover for significant others!
The Animals had a great sound slightly ahead of the curve back in the day!
Enjoying an excellent Vienna Lager from Schilling. This is much more toasted bread forward with less emphasis on the hop flavor on the back end that Olde Mecklenburg's version presents. Both great brews.

Listening to some Tempe, AZ sound from the 90's. Some good pop alternative bands came out of the area including The Gin Blossoms and Meat Puppets that i listened to a ton back then.

Ran errands and picked up some beers…heavy rain all afternoon so far…the temperature has cooled way down. On the side porch with a Torpedo:



Very pleasant outside. Just swapped out the storm doors for the screen ones. I’ll start assembling a lasagna for dinner in a little while. Cheers from the soggy Kanawha Valley y’all!
