    Afternoon, BAs! We're having home-made pizzas (not from scratch) for dinner tonight, and my partner is leading the charge. That frees me up, so I figure: dry-brined steaks (sirloins and picanha), baked potatoes, and home-made Caesar salad. This dressing cannot be beat, I promise. :grinning:

    Abomination Midnight Snack

    I didn't get a chance to post this last evening: baked chicken parmigiana (it was freaking awesome), with some Sip of Sunshine - and some roses my partner bought me as a surprise, because: "Boys deserve flowers too." I'm pretty sure it's the only time anyone has bought me flowers. She's pretty fucking great.

    Hello BAs. I had a 12 noon show today with my band KJV at the Northeast MPLS Art-A-whirl street festival. It was 46 degrees when we started. We rocked. Home now enjoying an award-winning local brew Arbiter Ha Ha Pils.

    This delightful barrel aged imperial stout behemoth is a pure delight to nurse along. Very well-balanced, no over-powering barrel aging elements, just a bold yet basic barrel-aged imperial stout that excels with its relative simplicity.

    ...I'm truly amazed at the "medicinal" qualities of this beer...moved roughly 1.5 cubic yards of mulch this morning (on top of the roughly 2 cubic yards moved yesterday), so, while not feeling too bad overall (for being an old guy), I figure a bit of prophylactic elixir is a sensible approach to alleviating any potential muscle soreness or body aches...plus, I just love well-crafted big beers :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:...
