NBW and ISIL cross-post. 3 Sheeps Brewing Top Shelf Collaborations Intramural. The Wolf barrel-aged imperial stout aged in a 1792 Bourbon single-barrel bourbon barrel. 13.5% ABV. There were an extremely limited amount of cans available for this release. Bourbon overwhelmes everything with this beer. It is my least favorite The Wolf release. I will be at 3 Sheeps Brewing at this time next week for their 13th anniversary party.

 

Never had a bad BA beer from 3 Sheeps. High quality barrel program

 

Grocery store trip, laundry and dishes are sorted out.

This beer is by no means bad, it is just less outstanding than other offerings. The overpowering bourbon presence is not unexpected, with it being aged in a single high-ABV bourbon barrel. I will talk with the man who brewed it next week for detailed information.

Good morning BAdvocates. I’m drinking a Denali Brewing Dude Mountain Hazy IPA. Has a lot more citrus bitterness than I expected. Coupled with its strong malt finish this beer is really quite nice. I’m glad it’s not the sugary juice bomb that I was expecting.

At Black Howler Brewing in Highfill AR drinking a Lavander Milkshake IPA

 

The wife and I just went out to get some weekend supplies. Very nice.

 

This beer is crisp and clean. A nice summer session beer. We have all had time to digest the NFL schedule. Zero of yous have RSVP'd to me for a game at Lambeau Field so far, so let's get things going. Philadelphia Eagles fans need to step up. We need to have a huge bottle share at my house before the game. NFC North fans obviously, but I would love to host @meanmutt for the Cincinnati Bengals game. @TrojanRB, I was determined to attend the Green Bay Packers game at Jerry World for Sunday Night Football, but Cannibal Corpse is playing in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the night before. I won't be discharged from the hospital or be able to see a judge until Monday morning.
