    ...I think one sign of a good leader is one who does listen to subordinates and implements their ideas (when appropriate) and, better still, giving them the credit for doing things better and smarter...it worked for me many a time...

    We have Avery back in Arkansas, but for the most part they seem to just be dropping stale beer

    New Realm Mango Ride. Got at aldi, but I will have to check out their Brewery in VA soon. 11/6/24 can dating. Fantastic head retention and lacing. Aromas of fresh mango, wheat, citrus zest, light vanilla. Taste follows with fresh mango, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn; light pine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass. Light-medium pine, herbal, spicy bitter finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; very crisp, clean, refreshing, nearly bone dry finish. Light grainy malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Slight lingering note of mango juice flavors and vanilla. Zero warming 4% ABV. Flavors felt too watered down vs the nose, and mouthfeel was similar in texture, but this is a enjoyable summer style fruit wheat beer. 3.78/5

    These two need to make more collabs. 4 Hands + 3 Sheeps = 7….really good beers. I don’t know. Someone more creative than me can come up with something.

    Anywho, this song pairs nicely with Voltron vibes.

    Jaguar Warrior from Galea Craft Beer in Belgium. American barleywine brewed with 6 types of Barley malt and 6 varieties of American Hops. 14% ABV. Nothing added and no barrel aging. Notes over in the NBW thread. Cheers!

    We haven't seen new Avery beers for quite some time. Still have some old (at least 5 years) bottles on the shelves. I remember seeking them out 10 years ago, especially Uncle Jacob's Stout.

    Miskatonic banana split Doppler stout is a bit of a miss for me. Solid banana runts aroma, but the flavor is off a bit.
