What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #4604

1) Phase Three Magnetic (8.0% canned 3/31/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nelson, Motueka, and Riwaka for flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, and white grape.
versus
2) Toppling Goliath Mind Your Unwind (8.5% canned 5/12/25): A NEIPA from Iowa with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Krushhop with flavors of orange flower, grape, bright berries, and pine. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Phase Three vs. Toppling Goliath IPA Battle. Both with Nelson. Banger hop combos here. First is Phase Three Magnetic. Orange, white grape, berries, and lime flower notes. A bit hot off the palate and settling down very nicely now at that 6-8 week mark. A masterpiece and one of the best I've had from Phase Three .
Next is a fresh release from Toppling Goliath in collaboration with Hop Butcher. Killer hop combo with the Nelson plus some tropical notes from the Simcoe and Krushhop. Two of the best breweries in the Midwest come together and you know a collab like this will not dissapoint. It is two weeks out and already outstanding. We'll see how it settles down in a few weeks. I am so grateful to be alive during the time of all three of these breweries.

Happy Wednesday Advocates! I was in the mood for a really good Pale Ale and TG Psuedo Sue is scratching that itch nicely. You all got me obsessed with this beer a couple years ago and I still enjoy hunting it down every now and then. Canned on date: 4/3/25.

I've never had Zombie Dust, I'll have to see if it's available. I'd love to side by side those two, since they are both single hop with Citra. I'd be interested to see what differences I could note.

Thank you Vann! Already at the airport heading back. Would have stayed for a few days if in Feb-April, but it’s too damn hot, even in the shade. Will return if the Rays move to Orlando or build around here. Still need to get to the “new ones” in Miami, Texas, Atlanta and West Sacramento stadiums.

Current count 20 American League and 23 National League Stadiums (not counting oddities like the Marlins playing home games at Comiskey (Miami Hurricanes), or Cleveland hosting Opening Day in Milwaukee (Cleveland snow)
