    Oh man. I thought I was cashed at 2 am then a 2nd wind kicked in... Don't wanna chop the lawn but know I should on this rain-free day. It's so nice to have a couple days off and what an amazing little beer this is. It has me re-thinking stuff.
    Superior flavor, balance and feel. World-class and just 15 miles from my crib. I feel very lucky to have a beer of this quality so close to home. If you like WCIPAs, this straight up remarkable American IPA delivers elevated hop flavor and is zesty.

    If I were to open a bar, it would be small and would also be a laundromat named SUDS & DUDS. 3 crafty taps, 3 washers, 3 dryers, and a jukebox stuffed with skanky reggae. Whaddya think? :beers::whale:

    This is a weird one - Kelén IPA from Helka Sörfőzde. There’s an overripe fruitiness here that’s, like, about-to-spoil passionfruit, and I can’t decide if that’s the hop blend or some off-flavor from fermentation. Either is possible, but I’m giving the brewery the benefit of the doubt.

    Weird flavor notwithstanding, it’s not a drain pour … but I’m going to be thinking a lot about it while I sip :joy:

    I love a good brewery tour! It's been fun watching your posts.

    I also love a good "drink a legendary beer at the source". I've had Pliny at RR in Santa Rosa, Two Hearted at Bell's in Kalamazoo, Black Butte at Deschutes in Bend ... but Lunch at Maine would be a damn fine addition to the list :grinning:

    Right on brother! I don't see Maine beers around my area anymore. Some bad juju went down with a large shipment from them vs a distributor here. The shipment froze and Maine probly lost enuf $ to say F to MN. But when I see it fresh, in she goes. :beers:
