@Resistance88 That's dope you were a bike messenger for 7 years. I bet that was actually pretty fun for a job. I agree BMX riders are a different type of insane. In my younger days I feared absolutely nothing on the streets. The bigger the gap, stair set or handrail etc the better. I have to be more careful nowadays unfortunately, I miss the days where I could push myself all day in 100° weather and then get up and do it all over again. The BMX scene there is awesome, bunch of shredders. Texas used to have a real tight knit scene but shit changed.

 

Gaffel Kölsch is hitting the spot perfectly. Condo owners are not quite as meticulous about their glassware as I am. No matter, das Bier ist gut!

 

Pasta is served . This batch will be frozen and reappear in other dishes .

Half Acre Nebula Double Daisy DIPA (Galaxy, Krush, HBC 1019). Papaya, ruby red grapefruit, big grapefruit peel, mango, navel orange smoothie, bubblegum, apricot, resinous pine. Creamy and somewhat sweet up front, but dry and bitter on the finish. Soft and pillowy. Damn good.

 

Brewed at Destihl. Idk wtf that means

Mike , i have to give you some recipes for an air fryer . It’s fool proof and comes out great for fish,chicken pizza, potatoes hamburgers steaks . it great to start there and easy.

 

I used to have membership there. Long ago though.

I have to admit I need to learn how to cook for myself. So thank you for any help/advice you can offer.

 

I cook fish in mine all the time. My wife is not a fan of fish . I bread cod , halibut tilapia and corvina with seasonings it comes out flaked and perfect every time .

 

Got the Wyoming house ready for mom’s arrival tomorrow. Couple months of 24/7 home care in my future.
