It's already available at their brewpub and brewery.

I'm definitely looking forward to 75 Minute. Hopefully a decent quantity makes it to Michigan, if it ends up like the recent releases of 120 Minute I probably won't end up with a bottle. It's just not worth the effort for some of these DFH releases.

Bottles as well as draft? What is the cost?

Yes, bottles, I think it was around $10-$12 for the 750ml.

Will 75 minute become a regular beer as 60 and 90 are or is this going to be more of a season/one time thing?

Right, but don't they just fill up a pint glass with half 60 and half 90? One of the servers at the brewpub told me it was half and half.

from what i remember hearing, its replacing Squall, is this correct, does anyone have any info on this, and will it be 750s only or are they doing 6/4 packs or planning on it in the future?

Label approval months ago was 750ml in their new embossed bottle design.

It's a different beer, and on cask only at the brewpub, it basically is a combo of the two, but brewed together, then they use maple syrup as their primer. I think there are some other places in DE where you can find this on cask.

Bottle was not the new emobbed bottle design, the only one of those I have seen so far is the Noble Rot.

Hopefully 75 will see a pretty wide distribution. I would love to try the 60 75 90 120 tasting

Awesome news, looking like DFH is getting a good chunk of my money in March! Can't wait to try 75 and have been waiting for the next Aprihop release!

Dogfish Head announced Squall's cancellation when they announced 75 Minute was being bottled, so I guess you can call it the replacement. No telling how long 75 Minute will stick around or if it will be released on the same schedule that Squall was though.

At the brewpub, it's usually a dedicated cask they have behind the bar. 99% sure it's not just a 50/50 mix, but a separate brew made specifically for these releases. Maybe when they said half and half, they mean it was like in between 60 and 90.

I drank some of it a couple summers ago at the Rehoboth Beach, DE brewpub, which was awesome. Unlike the metro-DC locations, they had lots of exclusives in Rehoboth Beach. 75 is not a 50/50 mix of 60 and 90. If I remember correctly, it is brewed to have the best qualities of 60 minute IPA as well as the best qualities of 90 minute IPA, whatever that is supposed to mean. It is intended to be "the best of both worlds". I didn't really think it was all that great. It seems like just another IPA to me.

that server lied to you. I picked up a bottle at the brew pub last week. 75 minute is barrel aged with maple syrup.

Definitely interested in the 75. I wish it was 12oz bottles though.
