How much do they stick you for a 4-pack down that-a-way?

    $14 up here.

Same here. It's the one thing that really bugs me - $14 for a four pack of 11.2 oz bottles. The store had the bigger pint bottles but those were $5 each. I'd certainly buy more of the Ayinger during the season if it were not so pricey. It is my favorite, but frankly, we have a couple of breweries here in GA that have Marzen down flat and they are better priced and better packaged.

I picked up a 6 pack in Central Ohio on 8/02.
I think it is quite good this year, possibly the best of their collaborations I have had.

I saw two Oktoberfests as early as mid-July here in SW Ohio. One was a Columbus brewery and the other I think was Erdinger. Now, we're full on Oktoberfest and Pumpkin beers everywhere. I love 'em, (duh) and am currently having a Southern Tier Maple Warlock in a Pumking glass.

I couldn't agree more. Saw 4-packs of Ayinger yesterday, but just a code and no date. I'm assuming they don't have a conversion (or list of dates associated with codes). Perhaps THIS thread is still relevant here.

Thanks for the link, it looks like the Whole Foods down the street from me has it. I used the SN beer finder with 100% accuracy for years, but the new one doesn’t work for non core beers, at least for me.

I believe what that link says is still accurate, drink up!

Just picked up my first 6er of 4 Noses Octoberfest. It is still worthy!

Glad to hear that you like it, I’m looking forward to getting a 6 pack. Was it pretty hoppy?

We've had the new SN Oktoberfest 2025 collab in stores here in northeast Kansas as of last week.

It's good, just a much lighter, crisper, less caramelly sweet Ofest than previous years.

Some years we took down the Christmas tree around Mother's Day.

I have no problem drinking O-fest right now. I picked up a case of Paulaner and a six of Weihenstephaner so far.

I thought this year seemed a bit earlier than last year. Checked last year's thread, late July is about when people started seeing fall beers.

And it seems by first week of August just about EVERYTHING is out, not just a few. I used to start drinking Oktoberfests mid-August and finish up by early October.

I've now come to accept all of August as a full-on Oktoberfest month along with September. Mostly because there's so many out there now locally and regionally.

Why not just change the name to Augustfest!?!

Just spied 12 and 6 packs of the new SN.

Also a lot more Okto brands stacking up at the local big box; imports and locals alike.

I mean, it's been a (mostly) September event for the majority of its existence. They should have changed the name back in the 1800s.

In a display not too far away from the actual beer, Norfolk TW has Alewerks Pumpkin, Southern Tier Pumpkin and the (shudder) Caramel Pumpkin. No sign of the Warlock or... more importantly... the Maple Warlock.

Lots of NEW Ofests/marzens on the shelf too that I may pick up soon...

Lots of imports showing up around Dallas. Ayinger, Hacker-Pschorr, Weihenstephaner and Hofbrau have all popped up along with a few locals like Manhattan Project. Also saw 6 and 12-packs of Sierra Nevada as well.

This part of the world won't be cooling down past the low-90s in September anyways so these may as well be summer beers to me anyhow.

Do you not see Paulaner hit shelves at the same time as H-P?

They always do around here. Not sure if it's a distro thing, but since they both ship from the same brewery, it doesn't surprise me to see them side-by-side.
