Golden Monkey is one that I have looked at a hundred times in the bottle shop but never picked up. Wyerbacher Merry Monks is another. I will give it a shot next weekend

I've seen La Trappe Quadrupel in 4 packs here so I would assume you should be able to find that one quite easily. Gulden Draak, Blanche De Buxelles, and Cuvee Des Jacobins Rouge are also packaged as such and haven't been mentioned yet.
Chimay and plenty of others do 4/6 packs in Belgium, but it's mostly singles around here.

New Belgium Brewing has great 6-packs for Belgians, usually $10 or less. Goose Island has good four packs for around the same price. Matilda and Pepe Nero are my two favorites out of those. Also, Boulevard's smokestack series is excellent. Those are $10-$11 per 4 pack. The Sixth Glass (a quadrupel) and Tank (a saison) are both good.

You know...try as I may, I just cannot get into the Goose Island Belgians. I had Pepe Nero once and thought it was ok. Matilda and Sofie, no matter how many people tell me I should love them, just do not do it for me and I have tried both numerous times. Im pretty sure I have seen New Belgium products, not so sure about Boulevard, but thanks for the suggestions. I'll have a lot to check out on my weekly Friday visit to the bottle shop tonight.

I personally am not a big fan of belgian beers. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. But Golden Monkey is the one I will buy a few times a year to change it up. I have been drinking it for years and have never had any complaints.

Out of curiosty, are you more into IPAs? I think I definitely will give it a shot as it has been mentioned by a few different BAs. Thanks!

I agree Ithaca Ground Break 6 packs is a great deal.

I personally love Ommegang Hennepin, but I find that I enjoy it more out of the 750ml corked bottle than the 4 pack 12 oz capped bottles. Not totally sure why.

Ipa's are my favorite. Followed by barleywines and imperial stouts. I've tried a few of the belgian-ipa mix and am not a big fan of those either. Don't know why.

Im not a big fan either. Closest I came to enjoying a Belgian IPA was Terrapins Monks Revenge. Didnt mind the first half of the glass, but struggled to make it through the second

Golden Monkey is tasty! For my money, it's hard to beat a Victory variety case - with this, Prima Pils, and HopDevil...yum!!! :grinning:

Goose Island Sofie is a great beer for the price. I am usually not a fan of GI but this is one of the few exceptions.

Allagash has 4packs available. Love their triple and wit beers. New Belgium is pretty good and usually not as expensive. I like their Belgian ipa.
