Well, the funny thing is that they carry 4 other labels from Tucher.

Finally ran in to Tucher Pils and I'm very glad I did. Lovely beer.

Oktoberfest from Enegren. Canned on July 22nd. 5.5% ABV. This is really good. Toffee, raisins, bread, marmalade, honey, and walnuts. An interesting grainy note, along with a hint of oak. Great representation of the style. Prost!

Samichlaus Schwarzes from Brauerei Schloss Eggenberg. Currently the #2 ranked schwarzbier on BA. 14% ABV like most of their stuff.

The taste is great. Sweet brown sugar hits first. Boozy. Toffee pudding, peanut brittle, maple candy, malty, raisins, currants, slight blackberry note. Sticky and sweet is a good way to describe this one. Really enjoyable and, although boozy, does not come across as 14% ABV. At this ABV, it's clearly quite different from a typical schwarzbier, but deliciousness regardless.

Grevensteiner Naturtrubes Landbier. Good little malt forward lager. Nothing complex or mind blowing, but glad I grabbed it.

Spaten Oktoberfest. Very nice this year as it’s not too sweet as sometimes I have found it in the past. Cheers.

Edelstoff - Augustiner's Export style lager aka Dortmunder. Arguably the best one. A fantastic pickup for any Oktoberfest fanatics who are exploring Munich beers this coming season.

Heck I live about 45 minutes from the brewery and I did not know that this was a thing. Andechs has been adding a few new beers as of late, Something that they did not do in the 40 years that I have been here. This one came out last year. I will have to wiat until next year for it to come out again as it is seasonal.

This beer is not on their website I will have to head up there and ask. It might only be for export. Either way it would not be made here again most likley until next spring. I want also to get the Festbeer which will be in season. So it might mean multible trips. Darn like I need a reason to go to the Holy mountian again.

They sent the 'Maibock' (Bergbock Hell) last year too. Several of us speculated in the 2024 Bock thread that it was just Bergbock Hell re-labeled for the US Market. All the specs for the beers were the same. They did that with their Spezial as well, creating a new label for the US, calling it a 'Festbier'
