What beer are you drinking now? #4698

A Michigan IPA in order tonight, BA. Cheers, all!

 

A quick dozen wings from the air fryer ,with a High Life B4 dinner.

 

I am now drinking a Hot Honey by 3 Sheeps Brewing. A 10.9% bourbon barrel aged stout with hot peppers. Thanks to @Danmullens1 for this treat.

 

That’s a sweet glass.

What do you think of that one? I thought it had above average heat, but pretty dang sweet. That salad looks delish, though. Cheers, Dave!

 

Another one of these and some middle neck clams. Lots of sand. I don’t think I soaked them long enough. Oh well, lots of fiber.

 

Tree House Brewing Yellow. Green with pineapple puree. It is @TCgenny at a Sandals resort in a can. I was tempted to pair this beer with Coldplay's Yellow song on a beautiful summer evening, but I can't seem to forget that I am a few houses down from where Jeffrey Dahmer created infamous history at his grandmother's house. As they say, people from Wisconsin love other people from Wisconsin. Which is why I cannot wait for the Ed Gein story on Netflix, which premiers right before Central Waters Brewing's Black Gold weekend, near where his endeavors occurred. The timing is fascinating.

The stout is a good sipper. The adjuncts work well together and make a delicious flavor. Heat is fine though it would still be good if a bit hotter. Honey taste is not overdone. Greek salad with all ingredients picked today. Delicious. Cheers.

BA Bubble Wrap collab among Other Half, Angry Chair, Side Project, WeldWerks, and The Veil. No adjuncts. It’s a nice drink, not much for aroma, but the barrel flavors are solid and clean. I enjoyed the last of that River Cuty Rackhouse Blanton’s BA stout (if I recall the brewery and name correctly w/o looking)f rom @russpowell more. The latter has an oily, sweet bourbon vein that is delicious.
