For the thread - I'm slowly sipping a mix WWS in a cocktail. It works better with a lighter, roasty porter - but I'll easily be able to finish it.

Stouts and barleywines are the only normal beers! Yellow beers normal, why, that’s just nuts.

This beer is just slightly murky in the glass. It has a light pale golden color to the beer. The head is a thick 3 finger fluffy looking white color. The head retention is quite good and I do like the lacing on the glass.
The aroma is quite tropical from the hops. I get a ton of pineapple in the aroma. There's an earthy element to the aroma.
The pineapple is quite strong in the flavor from the hops. This pineapple flavor is a long lasting flavor. There's hints of mango that do show up, but are faint. There's not a lot of bitterness on the finish as I would expect.
I do like the feeling. It is somewhat sticky feeling. Nice fullness to it.
I am glad we got this into work. I am enjoying this beer.

 

Another Jai Alai after watching LSU upset Clemson. Although I feel like it’s hard to call wins in the first few weeks of the season an upset as the rankings are pretty much all guesswork.
