This long work week finally comes to an end - having a Be Hoppy from Wormtown.

 

Drinking beer and harvesting my Cascade hops. About 1/3 of the way there. Why did I think growing my own hops was a good idea?
Plucking them buggers is a P.I.T.A., I'd rather pay for the pellets.
Oh well, too late now I guess?

and, cryo vac & freezing the rest in 2oz packages.

Of all the beers I had delivered from Halftime beverages, this one is the least fresh at near five months old. No complaints here, tastes great.

 

On the way home from the beer store my car uncontrollably steered into the Rising River parking lot for a Moontower D-IPA, it's like that has a mind of its own!!

Try not to bore ya'll with repeat pours, but dang this stuff is drinking superbly today!

It's not always so obvious when the BB date moves, but this is 3 months fresher than the last batch and it's very noticeable in a delicious way.

Well BA's, this morning's plan of heading to Covington, KY Oktoberfest today has shifted to possibly Sunday. New plan for today is yet to be determined. In the meantime...I'm gonna drink this Madtree Ziegler.
