I am a sucker for spruce tips in a beer, and they are coming through better than expected in this iteration of DFH Pennsylvania Tuxedo. A mild rye bread vibe to the sweet malt component, but the evergreen forest vibe is popping.

UVa vs Northwestern isn't really basketball - more FTs taken and made than regular shots. The only redeeming part of the game is it looks like the Cavaliers have out-uglied the Big Ten component.

 

Another beer that doesn't need to be fresh.
