What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #4792

1) Phase Three All Pixel Everything (8.0% canned 8/18/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin for flavors of orange, green melon, berries, tropical grape.
versus
1) Phase Three Cloud Street (7.7% canned 10/13/2025): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Rakau, Medusa, and Galaxy for flavors of orange citrus, orange flesh, and earthy apricot and stonefruit. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Phase Three IPA Battle and an unordinary Tuesday. A great day to be alive. First is All Pixel Everything, One of the GOATs and I've said a lot about this beer already. Up against their Cloud Street. Similar pours and aromas. All Pixel has slightly more tropical notes. Cloud Street has a bit more apricot, stonefruit, and pine. Drinking a little more fresh as expected as well. I think Cloud Street has a bit more flavor and freshness, but in their peak I'd pick All Pixel Everything. Sort of what I expected with this one.
Winner: Phase Three All Pixel Everything

BlackStack Honeymoon Phase (8.0%): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Mosaic and Krush for flavors of bright pink grapefruit, orange, pineapple, dank pine and stonefruit.

A fresh release from BlackStack and I brought in on a haul. Fresh Krush and Mosaic balance nicely for dank pine, grapefruit with some tropical Mosaic berries.
@TheIPAHunter would appreciate this one, and Happy Birthday sir!

This Mexican Lager is really good. Smooth, semi-sweet, and corn.

My son and I are enjoying Tree House's Treasures of the Deep. Like most of their beers it is a hazy, imperial status so on here it is listed as IIPA. Need a category for Imperial Hazy/New England IPA... hint hint @Todd
