2.5 lbs malted wheat
1 lb Munich 10
8 oz carapils
1 lb table sugar
(.5 lb rice hull)

.5 oz Saaz (60)
.5 oz each of Nelson Sauvin and Sorachi Ace (15,7,3,0)

WLP565 Dupont strain. 2 liter starter. 3 days at 65-68F, then 85 til it's done.

I'll do water chem later, but its going to be extremely soft, with a moderately high Sulfate/Chloride ratio. I got it crushed extra good, so hopefully my eff is actually awesome this time. Mash: 145 for 45 min, 155 for 25. Shooting for a low ass FG.

 

Caught TWC selling these while I was at Bell's yesterday. 'Twas an expensive 24hrs!
