Dinner prep beer (I’m marinating steaks) - FW’s “Uber Omni Gruber” (2025), a double BA Imperial Stout with Vanilla Beans, Coconut, Hazelnut and Coffee:



An outstanding beer, verging on being one of @Resistance88 ‘s beloved pastry stouts! Perhaps a tad sweet, but the adjuncts/flavors all work together well! And the mouthfeel is chewy. Yum, yum, yum!

Working on notes for NBW…we’ll see if I make it that far…Cheers yall

It was about 28 when I did all this. I've had the Hamms freeze on me while grilling in the teens-low 20s. Cheers!

@Blogjackets thats correct, we were up in Stowe/Waterbury area. Too many good breweries even when I visit multiple times a year they all feel brand new.
