Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for opening the bar! @ChicagoJ - I rated the Cherries Jubilee a bit higher (4 vs 3.66), but then I'm a ***** for cherry beers.

Today's New Breakfast Beer:



Barrel-aged Bananas Foster Barleywine (2025) from Kuhnhenn Brewing. 12 fl oz bottle, purchased 03/03/26 from Half Time. $ 18.18 (Including tax and shipping)/$ 1.52/fl oz. Stored at 40 degrees F at home. Reviewed 14/03/26, review 3706.
Final impression and summation: 4 Uncredited label art. Very easy drinking! Most of the advertised flavors are detectable – bourbon and barrel are nearly undetectable, but maybe that’s where the ghostly vanilla comes in.

This is a new one for me. It's the same beer using early and late picked hops.

For me the early pick is sweeter, apart from that I'm not noticing any difference. Very good beer.

Yes. It's like when it was found that people that had a glass of wine per day were healthier than ones that don't, and there was a flurry of activity to fine the substance in wine that was responsable. Meanwhile it may have been that people who stopped to have a glass of wine were living a less stressed, healthier overall lifestyle.
