Fryers put away and I'm trying to stay away from fried so doing the baked baking powder method today. I smoke 100# of wings a week at the restaurant. I wish I had some of them right now but this will do. Plus a single hit of Queen Cola. Oo boy.

That's funny but you're so right. I took this pick at TW yesterday and there were many more besides this one but this seemed to be the most egregious. Just getting disgusted with it. Cheers!
