Double Sunshine, maybe too aggressive of a pour. I was being optimistic today and put all my winter hardware away hoping we're done with the snow. I then cleaned up the porch and got it looking good again. No more snow please!!



I love the drummers mask - if you look closely you can see his eyes in the mouth ..

 

Is that over by Truth BBQ? If it's the place I'm thinking of, the hot dogs are dope.

Likely last call here ba. Gonna hit the sack early. Sports ballin, ddh iipa (riwaka, galaxy, mosaic), other half. Can’t make out the dates but it just hit,

w/ Popeyes for dinner. Bunch of spicy pieces, slaw, beans & rice,

 

Its basically across the street and catty corner to Under The Volcano, just north of Rice Village.

Not sure what brewery is close to Truth? There is Platypus Brewing that is a little bit down Washington from Truth, but I never liked their beers so can't say I have been in years ha. They do have a kitchen though, I remember their fish and chips being pretty on point.

 

Reeking Tunnels, a wonky WCIPA. Autodidact + Widowmaker. The Strata hops set this one apart.. Cheers, and have a great week, everyone!

 

A very good classic red ale at Bond's Brewing in Laramie. Hitting the spot after a day of train spotting. Cheers!

 

Down here they say when you see a red bird it’s someone you love visiting you from heaven!

 

This one is very tasty also.

 

One more big beer then probably off to bed for me. Long week, but potentially a great week ahead. We'll see. 2024 Bell's Expedition Stout. Not sure why I hold on to these but this is drinking particularly well. Cheers!

It's my 29th anniversary today being married to this fantastic lady...somehow she tolerates me.....
