What beer are you drinking now? #4915

Casting Light by Forbidden Root - Columbus, OH 4.2% ABV. A Japanese Rice Lager. Fermented in White Oak barrels.

Picked this out of the left behind beers from a beer festival. I haven't drunk too many Rice Lagers but this one is pretty good. Floral and grainy. Low bitterness. Effervescent champaign like carbonation. Very dry. The oak aroma and flavor are notable but in complimentary fashion. It adds a layer of interest to the aroma and flavor. This is supremely crushable.

Haven't tasted the beer yet but '24 on bottom so should be fine... smells like liquor store shelf.... pouring it in a glass will help
