2018 CBS. Probably waited too long. Still good but the flavors are muted.

 

I get used to this beer pretty fast. Grabbed up out of an icy cooler mid-summer is epic. Kinda going into Grain Belt Nordeast territory.

I liked it better than the base beer.

Hanami, A Cherry Blossom Rice Lager.
On draught at the brewery. I got a half-pour of this, now wishing I got a full pour.
The best rice lager I’ve ever had. Flavorful stuff!

It brings me back to when I found this beer in Myrtle Beach back in 2005. I was downright getting sick of the Bud Miller Coors stuff. The bartender gave this to me. My world was blown inna good way, and it's only an hour and a half away for me to get it now.

Today was the Brick City beer/wine/spirits festival on the downtown square which is a major drunk-fest and DUI opportunity, so we're in for the day. Jai Alai with a tequila shot.
