A lil' visit with the Captain's daughter...
Haven't seen her fresh 'round these parts lately. She tasty, and coy. Comes on soft and subtle, but, in the end, smacks your lips and bites your tongue with a playful bitterness.

It absolutely looks great, just like his guitar!

Ye-eeeeah, I have a signature Gibson Pat Martino (Custom Shop) and I can't get it to sound like him either (:stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:) so I feel your pain!:beers:!!

Good thing is - we can strive to sound like ourselves, and I think that's more important. Cheers!

I am sipping on the 12th anniversary.
A rich, barrel-aged imperial stout from Fremont Brewing with deep layers of chocolate, coffee, bourbon, and dark fruit, supported by well-integrated oak. Aging has introduced noticeable oxidative notes—soy sauce, umami, and a subdued dried cherry character—that add complexity but push the beer toward heaviness. While technically well-crafted, the combination of alcohol warmth and muted fruit gives it a slightly medicinal edge, making it more of a one-and-done sipper than a standout.
