    State of Brewing Shuteye Peak Pale Ale from Aldi. APA for under $14 a 12 pack. Run of the mill Chinook and Fuggles tasting pale, it's as resinous as an IPA, but very enjoyable.

    Next up, and probably my last, is Stout X from Barreled Souls. If all goes to plan, I'll be sipping on beers at the brewery in Saco, Maine next Friday! Can't wait! This beer is an imperial stout with toasted coconut, pecans, and Hershey's chocolate syrup. 13.4% ABV. Cheers!

    Moved on to another beer from Roaring Table Brewing Co. This one a WCIPA. A couple thoughts. This one has Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Strata hops. Mosaic for me lately is hit or miss. If it's too prominent, it's been turning me off lately. The Mosaic is the lead hop here but it does not cross that annoyance threshold for me, thankfully. RT have been brewing some great WCIPAs here in IL and this continues the trend. Great beer. Cheers all.

    Barrel Aged V For Vanilla from Barreled Souls Brewing in Sacco, ME. Imperial Stout aged in Willett bourbon barrels for 12 months and 29 days and finished on vanilla beans from India, Tanzania, and Burundi.

    Renamed to just Torque Hazy IPA

    Today was the first time I saw Pizza Port for sale anywhere in Washington State. And it turns out I've never had a Pizza Port beer before. This one's not too bad; maybe not my favorite, but not bad.
