Delish! Not too sweet for a pastry stout. Great balance between base and barrel. Cheers y’all!

Another cellar pull. 2/1/2021 Founders Panther Cub. Huge vanilla, marshmallow cream, milk chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, caramel, toffee, bourbon, toasted oak, and light smoke/coffee. Mild herbal/roasted bitterness on the finish. very creamy/silky vanilla/malt body. Mild increasing warmth of 9.2%. Not huge on barrel, but adequate. Wonderful dessert style robust porter on malt complexity. Still got a couple more from the 4 pack.

I recently had Alien Church. Loved it. So they brew 3 'Church' beers?

One of the best examples of the style I've had yet. But hey, it's Schilling, they do not make a bad beer.

Aosta - Schilling (Italian Pilsner) Courtesy of @Edms79

Look- Pours a very lively slightly opaque pale yellow. Tight fluffy head that settled quickly to a small ring. 4.25

Smell- Sweet floral notes, grass, fresh bread 4.25

Taste- Big floral sweetness, lemon, light earthiness. Long hoppy slightly bitter finish. 4.50

Feel- Full carbonation, light and refreshing. Finishes dry from the light bitterness. 4.75

Overall- I have had several from this style and this one stands out. Schilling continues to kill just about every European lager style. World class beer 4.5

Finally got around to doing my taxes

Been going into the office all week so my beer consumption and reviewing has been down a bit. Celebrating finishing my taxes with Cerebral Intentionally Blank, which is an excellent hazy.
