Wake up in Windischeschebach-Neuhaus. Have a good German breakfast. Spend all day Zoigling, with a hearty lunch in a Zoiglsube. Have dinner at another Zoiglstube. Go to bed.
At this point, it's a trip to a local brewery with a designated driver and a magic wand to ward off my diabetes.
My ideal beer day is a long drive with my girlfriend with multiple stops at breweries to get flights and some decent food. This also happens for me about 3 Saturdays a month. I am a lucky guy.
Yeah, my wife, who doesn't drink beer, comes along on all of my beer-y adventures, God bless her. She likes when we're in the beer store together so she can point out all the breweries that she's been to. I feel like she would get respect from most beer geeks having been to as many as she has.
Thankfully my girlfriend is pretty in to beer. We hit our fair share of cemeteries, museums and odd shops and such so she can geek out on her special interests as much as I get to.
