Enjoying some good weed and beer tonight. I just finished the Anne Applebaum book. Up next is Failure Is Not An Option by Gene Kranz. A good follow up after reading A Man on the Moon last week. I have constant books in line on my library loan shelf. I have a whole other set of e-books on my phone to read from @voice, but I keep finding more from the library. Ohio has the best library system of any state.

State of Brewing Maguires Draught Stout from Aldi. Irish feeling yeast as I have seen in Dry Stouts before, on the upper limit of fruitiness and diacetyl for the style, but a very good easy drinking beer. Trying to be a Guinness.

This is an oldie but goodie from our BirdZ Sessions CD called Flashback. I really like this tune - recorded by me and friends in my basement and professionally mixed by Michael Nickolas - Studio Nine Productions. And my lovely daughter gets a brief cameo I like the mix, it's sorta in your face but not.

I didn't care for that beer myself. It's like they took 60 Minute IPA and sucked all the life out of it

That is a really good description. Spot on. 60 Minute IPA is awesome. One reason I thought I would try the 30 Minute IPA. Big ass difference. I am new to the low carb beer universe. This is one I won’t buy again.

 

Wow this one is killer for my palate.
