Lots of stuff going on at HB and other breweries this coming week of 5/8 to 5/15. HB will be pouring at Beer Under Glass today (5/8), which is the kick-off event for Illinois Craft Beer Week. Below is their schedule at their taproom for the next 8 days as well as some releases for next week. Releases include First Futures, Little Red Ranch and Dun, Dun, Dun. A four spot, heavy on that hazy, hoppy goodness, but not without variety in the form of Little Red Ranch. And, the fourth being Double Snorkel Squad, which was originally scheduled for this week, but had to be nudged back a touch. Full distro on all. Scoop when spotted! One new one and 3 redrops. - Tavern King - Tavern Cut meets Kielbasa King mashed up style and then notched up a half percent for good measure. Don't miss out on the king and all of those glorious all-star hops combined in one beer! If you see it, scoop it! Full distro. - Clear Your Mind - All the love and magic (and hops) that we put into hazy favorite Unwind Your Mind, but in a west coast IPA recipe. The last time we did this one, it cleared and then blew our minds. Don't miss on this one either! Full distro. - Say Hello to 1176 - Welcome to hops class, everyone. The priviledge here is all ours, as we were one of 75 breweries worldwide to partake in Yakima Chief's FWD program. This provides us the opportunity to get early access to emerging and elite hop varietles like 1176, which haven't even been named yet. If you get the chance to try this one, let us know what you think! Limited distro. - Throop - A smaller run of our aptly-named Kolsch - this time hopped solely with Peacharine! Crisp, refreshing and Kolschly delicious, if you will. Limited distro.
Drops for the week of 5/24. 2 new ones and a rerelease. Welcome to Luna looks interesting, may pick this one up. - New School Hawaii Vibes - A more-modern riff on a beer we first catapulted at you in fall of 2018 called Old School Hawaii Vibes. This iteration doesn't employ vanilla or "milkshake" vibes like its predecessor, but it does bring pineapple island to the tropical party if you will. Full distro! - Loophole Technicality - An ole-HB OG favorite for good measure, just like you remember it. Amarillo, Strata & Galaxy hops and big time tropical, citrus and dank juice. Also full distro. - Welcome to Luna - If a quenchable 6.5% American IPA of a clearer sort were to pair bbeer drinker favorite hop Simcoe with a brand new up and comer hop called Luna, this is your huckleberry. It's a smaller batch off our Lincoln Avenue rig, so don't expect it to last long. Or in short, if you see it, scoop it. Limited distro.
Drops for the week of 5/31. Four drops this week, two new ones and two redrops. Love me some Alemerica! The Day We Floated - Hop Saturated hazy Double IPAs for the world...as you can see, we threw the kitchen sink at this new one and upped the DH poundage for good measure. Don't skip this one. Full distro. Greener Moss - The big boy Triple IPA version of Green Moss, arguably one of our finest. Always a flavorful delight when it comes around. Full distro. Mend the Past - Off the Lincoln rig, what we have here is both a finely crafted clear beer DIPA, but also a nod to a King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard song. Limited distro. Alemerica the Beautiful - Surprise! A follow-up batch! We really liked having this one around a little earlier than usual in year's past, so we ran it back again for all y'all. Load up and see if this lasts before 4th of July! Full distro.

New one and a couple of redrops. - Quarter Stick - That new-new, clocking in at eight and a quarter percent and hopped with Motueka, Citra, Sabro, Vic Secret and NZ Cascade SubZero Hop Kief. You like hoppy beers? We got you a hoppy beer right here. Full distro. - Emits Showers of Sparks - Always look forward to this can rolling down the line post fill and right before that time in summer when we bust out the fireworks, brats and beers in the backyard. And those hops we put in it (and list on the can?) Straight juice. Full distro. - CCCCClear IPA - First unleashed in spring of 2022, what you'll find here, west coast IPA lover, is a beer you'd call crisp, dank and citrusy. Also full distro. - Juicy Orange Hop Water For The World - It's back! The juiciest and orangiest of the hop water family is slated for canning next week and we urge you to dive in head first. Fits all the spots a seltzer or a water would in your week and makes for a most hoppy 'tween beer beverage as well! Full distro!
