    Ok
Don’t call my wife anything because she has the the Ten of Swords Tarot card in her purse always, which in certain circles is instrumental in years of slow marital torture.
And, I have , at my disposal most brass instruments in my living room

I have a little card in my wallet that I consult for the appropriate name for the appropriate situation. Right now my pet name for her is “ not this year Mike, I have a headache “

Thomas Hardy Ale 2024, English Barleywine, 11.3% ABV. Pours copper colored with a ring of off-white bubbles that left no lacing. Aroma is light toffee, slightly sour. Taste is slight toffee, faint sweetness, slight bitterness, faintly sour. Slightly heavy carbonation, overall excellent.

Having this beer almost seems like a rite-of-passage for English Barleywine fans, though it's far from the best I've had. Admittedly, I prefer BBA English Barleywines.

This has been hanging around the fridge for a while so it's time it goes. Sullivan's Black Marble stout.

After working for seven hours on a Saturday (literally 3 days after getting home from deliveries without a single break), taking care of the dogs, housework, and cooking for three adults without any engagement, help, or even interest (while my partner is abroad picking up the Littles) ... I'm going with a liquid dinner. I just don't give a f- right now. I'm emotionally drained, and the Bigs' complete lazy apathy is more than I can handle right now.
