Nope no cherry in town at all as far as I know. I was pleasantly surprised we got coffee.

 

Goose the Market on Delaware had several 4-packs on their shelves earlier today.

 

Anyone know if HopSlam is hitting the shelves anywhere in the Indy area today?

 

i got an email from kahns saying they have it. $18.99 per sixer

 

Just stopped into my local store in Anderson and they still have a few Bourbon County Coffees. They are a little speedy at $26.99. Shoot me a message if you are on the nort side of Indianapolis and want me to grab one for you.

What store in Anderson are you talking about? I didnt realize they had any stores that carried stuff like that. Ive been to the Keg & Bottle off of N Scatterfield a few times and it was ok, but thats been a few years. Is that the one?

 

Took a day off from reading BA, wow. The pussyache in the Black Note thread is at new, incredibly painful levels.

Anyway, Indy got their cases of BN Friday (so did the one store that got it in Muncie). I happened into 2 bottles, seems like very few accounts got it. But for the chasers, it's out there. Go forth and get frustrated, gents.

 

Glad I got my case of BN... No pussyache here.

 

Did Madame Rose ever make it to Indy? If so, is it still hanging around anywhere?

 

A friend mentioned on Twitter today that there were lots of bottles of it today at the 21st Amendment at 62nd and Keystone, along with Big John. I know Kahn's also had it. My usual store didn't get it though.

 

Came and went in 1 day.

 

As of Saturday there were still bottles at the downtown Crown, limit 1 per person, on the shelf. Not sure if there are any left. I think they were $16.99 each.

 

Why a limit if they haven't sold it already? That was five weeks ago!

 

To give the maximum number of customers the opportunity to say, "Jeez, I'm not spending $17 on that shit!"

 

For any Indy BAs in the general vicinity, Big John and Hopslam are currently on tap at 20 Tap.

 

Last night Chatham Tap put Bourbon County Coffee, Big John, and Nightstalker on draft. They also have Hopslam.

 

VBS never posted on twitter or facebook that it was coming or came in. When I went Friday to pick up some Hopslam I said "You guys didn't happen to get any Black Note, did you?" and the guy said "We don't know anything about that."

I asked on their FB if they were getting any on Tuesday of this week and was told it "came and went," which means it would have come in on Friday w/ the Hopslam when I asked about it.

Maybe Bar Barry will get some. They got Coffee and Cherry about a week or 10 days after VBS did.
