    Totally agree. Porter like that are up my alley. Fucking awesome. You would love BA Shipwreck then, it's a big big porter. Story behind it is cool too( i guess its put in barrels then stored in abandoned mines in MI that stay a constant 45 degrees). Very vanilla forward also. Let me know if you wanna try some, I can actually get some tomorrow, I think there 6 bucks a 12 oz. Going back to what you said...VaS...I want to put that shit in my kegerator!

    I have BGE. The chicken will go on that, and I have a big ol' redneck smoker with a big smoker box that will house some lump charcoal and large logs of hickory and apple.

    Hillbilly Craft Beer Can Chicken... sounds good I like it!! I don't have any other beer, and I like ST 2XIPA, so it seemed logical. Only way to complete the meal is to have my wife make a Stout Creme Brulee for dessert!

    I re stocked on the April hop.. pairs great with the Southwestern Chicken wraps my wife made. Drinking mine now.. Really nice IPA I think.

    We had them on the shelve out here. LOL Another beer I bought, but shipped. 12 oz'ers with the red wax right? i need to learn you can't steal second without taking your foot off of fuckin' first.

    i've only had a couple beers from kelso, but i was pretty impressed with them. i had a 1-off rye whiskey barrel aged RIS from them when i was in NYC one time last year, and it knocked my socks off, so to speak.

    i came back the next day to review it and ended up liking it a lot less (seemed more charred tasting than the day before), but the first time around was good enough to permanently pique my interest.

    Waiting for a few brews to chill....So far had a Lagunitas Censored Ale and a Planet Porter but will soon be moving on to Hopslam, Salvator dopplebock, and founders breakfast stout.

    to make things worse, theres no physicality like it Hockey. If I could watch my Wings tonight, I would be drunk screaming at the TV like do for the Wolverines. But alas, tonight I get drunk to make guys running in circles more entertaining. I can at least pull for a UNC win for revenge for my beloved U of M.
