Founders coming in 2nd Q

Am I missing something? What am I looking for in that link? I see something about a bike race.

Will the bike racers bring me KBS?

 

I'm just happy we are finally getting Founders. Being from Michigan and seeing my family all the time with Founders, it sucks never getting to have any until I go visit them. I always bring a suitcase back though with sever 4 and 6 packs. Now they can't rub it in my face anymore!

The only thing, I guess would be the release schedule, and FBS going to six packs. I hate that Red Rye is not going to be bottled year round, and only a 4 pack seasonal. Which IF they do come to Texas sucks. Cause that might be my favorite of their year-rounds

What does that have to do with them potentially coming to Texas (which will only be confirmed when they appear on the selves)?

 

It was being discussed a couple of posts before that.

 

I know, still does not mean they are coming. Hell, Goose Island had label approval for over five years before they actually came to Texas (that is after they initially pulled out). ST, ya that has been going on for at least 2 years. It happens when/if it happens. It does not matter how many stupid social network posts are made or how many "reliable sources" there are. Once I here someone from Specs, Wipin, or whoever say they are getting it, then I believe it.

 

The last people I would believe are most of the employees at Specs.

 

I'll bet you a 32oz growler of a Mysterium Vernum released this year that Founders is in Dallas and Austin by October. All you have to put on the line is 2 6pks of Karbach Weisse Versa. I am 100% confident.

Not to insult anybody here, but the last people I believe are random people on ba that think they have reliable sources. You might very well have them, but I have seen way to many "reliable sources" in this site, and well everywhere else that are just wrong. I believe it when they hit the selves.

 

Damn it, I was going to bet him as well but a beer mail interrupted that. Although you may have to give me odds, I trust my "reliable sources" but I don't trust TABC. Who knows what they'll come up with. I believe NJ didn't get FBS because there was a "minor" on the label.

 

Not saying people are wrong, just reliable sources are not always right. Stuff happens, plans changes I have very reliable sources that say that FW are going to be in Houston. Still does not mean that happens.

 

You're dealing with two people right here who know wtf they're talking about. I understand what you're saying but I also know who you can take for their word around here.

I know wtf I am talking about as well. Been around long enough to know that nothing is final until you actually see the product on the shelf. Again, not saying people are wrong, just that I have seen many a promise that are not filled.

 

And I understand that. What I am telling you is that it is happening. There's no reliable source, just me saying that it is happening. The contract was signed with BEK, the initial monies were paid to TABC, label approvals are underway.

 

It's ashame I believe you, I like betting although I always lose. TABC could throw a wrench in this whole thing, odds?
