Dan I was the only one of four guys sharing a bottle of Bolt Cutter when it was released that really liked it. So I agree with you!

 

New bourbon + pizza bar opened up across the street from my local beer bar. Grub was good, grog was good, and company was even better. Finishing up the night cleansing the palette with this fantastic Wild!

As long as you're not a Guin's fan you and I are all good! I've wanted to catch the Bean Pot for a long time. So one of these days I'll make it there for a Bean Pot and a B'S game.

 

That was my thought. It is not Mean Old Tom. I have had that.
It might be king Titus. I just bought 2 bottles but I haven't tried it.
I am disappointed I love Zoe and wanted to taste it back to back with Nugget Nectar.

I got both my BN from GE Binny's. DG sold out when I was at work but GE held on to it for awhile.

EDIT: Also had GF get one of em while I was at work, happened that they still had more when I got off!

Never been to the Beanpot, been to a couple BC games this past fall though. So stocked to have hockey back, hockey and good brews, just can't beat it.

 

i agree. only beer i've had from them that i was underwhelmed by. guess it works as a session beer, but not crazy about the flavor profile

Good buddy married a nice local STL gal in Nov 2011 and I was lucky enough to game a game. You guys are the best of the Midwest and I think you for the nice treatment Plus, if I recall right with the name of the place I liked 4 Square :-). GREAT chicken tenders and beer was pretty good too.

Re: Montreal: Benelux is a nice brewpub, right by UQAM, not too far from the Metro. Not many reviews on here for some reason, but I liked just about everything I tried.
