    Came home from a workout and decided to quench my thirst before dinner...

    After dinner I had these two beautiful beers side-by-side a 2010 and a 2012 Gonzo...

    I was pleasantly surprised with these the 2012 on the right had huge notes of hops and a beautiful head, the 2010 on the left smelled like a completely different beer all together with chocolate, caramel, malt, and a hint of coffee, having aged the 2010 for two years makes me feel like it was worth it!! Yes people, we are not crazy for aging beer!!

    All while pining away to some Derek and the Dominos...

    Drinking my last beer, Night Stalking split with my mom (she loves Stouts and Barley Wines lol) and watching an episode of Battler Star Galatica before I pass out.

    Edit: Although now that I think about it, I think I might enjoy In the Evening the most from that album... Amazing 1st track...

    2011 Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA. I think it was like an October-ish release. Drinking much smoother than fresh but still needs some time, luckily I have 3 more put away.
