Hey guys not sure if this has been mentioned yet or not but a buddy of mine said O'so is releasing some Sours and brewery only beers on Saturday from 12-3 before the CW event might be worth checking out if your in the area early.

 

They are releasing Bourbon Barrel Night Train, no sours I don't believe, they were but backed off.

A friend of ours has a bus coming to the Anniversary Party on Saturday from Milwaukee with 6-7 open seats. Anyone interested in catching a ride can contact [email protected]!!

 

So are they not releasing Wee on the Lamb? The original note was BBN Night Train and Wee on the Lamb Friday night at 5...has that changed?
Their Facebook page still has the information as 3:00 on Friday, Wee on the Lamb and BBN Night Train will be available. Wee on The Lamb is a Wee Heavy spiked with Lambicus...tasty beer.

 

Wee on the lam is a sour (oud bruin), and will be for sale.

Ok he may have been misinformed...perhaps I was just dreaming of delicious delicious sours. Had BB night train on draft recently, was very impressed!

 

Do we know if BBBW is getting released this weekend? Haven't heard anything officially.

I heard this Sunday from a trusted source that Wee hadn't fully carbed yet and they may hold it back.

 

Okay, cool thanks for the heads up. Has anyone successfully emailed O'so? The email listed on the Website just got kicked back to me (it's totally unrelated to this release/event).

 

From O'so's facebook page yesterday:
We have a change on the release date of the 750mL of the Wee on the Lam. We chec...ked the carbonation and it WILL NOT be ready to release this Friday. We are going ahead with the release on the Bourbon Night Train this Friday.....that carbonation checked out perfectly. We think the combination of high alcohol and high acid in the Wee is slowing down the referment in the bottle. Please bare with us....the Wee may take a few weeks to carbonate fully. We will post more updates as they come available. Always learning I guess!! Cheers. Marc
