    Had a lot of fun last weekend driving around the Belgian countryside from Germany to Westvleteren down to Chimay. I wish I had more time, I would have tried to hit Orval and the area around Rochefort as well. Enjoying the spoils tonight...

    La Chouffe from d'Achouffe. I'm in Germany on business right now, but I saw a shop with Belgians and was easily swayed away from German beer. I'l go for passion and art over technical perfection every time when it comes to beer.
