I've been meaning to get to a few local Goodwill stores to expand my glassware recently, too. I'm pretty new in the game, and thought that would be a good place to do my brews right on the cheap. Glad to see I'm not wrong.

5 months old, according to Fresh Beer Only.

It's alright but pretty boozy, just like Victory at Sea and Sea Monster. Meh.

Sculpin is so overrated and Big Eye IPA is good. I think I'm giving up on Ballast Point.

My first beer of the night is an extra from someone who should be named, but won't be

Next up 2012 Half Acre Big Hugs (released in December). I really love the label this year which is inspired by Godzilla movies...Big Hugs vs. Mechahugs...

I've never had it before. It's a damn good beer, almost as good as BCBS

I've got one of those in the fridge. That's one of the things that I love about Lagunitas, they keep their prices affordable.

Incredible brewery. If you can find them try: Viaemilia, New Morining, Sally Brown, and/or Chimera. Havent found any others but i alway look for them cause All of em are great. Verdi is probably the best imo though.

A fresh Sculpin followed by an equally fresh Zombie Dust. All good here.

I had every intention of trying the Moo-Hoo, but I went to the fridge and saw my old buddy sitting there all by himself. Didn't want him to feel lonely so we're hanging out now...

I totally will, but my choices seem to be the Verdi and a beer called Lacu (?) - other than that, I don't see any other Italian beers around, but I'll keep my eyes open... you never know what you'll find sometimes - thanks for the tips! Meanwhile, I know I'll come back to the Verdi...

    Salute!

Yes. And it tastes like awesome. Or possibly unicorn tears. I confuse the two sometimes.

Lagunitas Sucks with dinner (Friday night ribeyes on the grill) and for dessert some FBS with a shot of Elmer T. Lee bourbon. It's a good way to start the weekend.

    Life is good.

The benefit of buying a case is that you can go nuts on it when it is only 10 days old and not worry that you're gonna run out.

As much as I enjoyed last year's batch, this is a lot better IMO.
