Central Waters BBBW tonight - oh so good. I didn't have time to get a glass of Barrel Monkey at Town Hall earlier when I picked up my bottle, but hey, tomorrow is Czar Jack night!

Reviewing a fresh 2011 Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout. And by fresh I mean, I might as well be reviewing the bourbon. Jesus.

Had a Climax ESB with dinner, and sipping on a 2011 Bigfoot (bottled a year ago to the day) now.

just polished off a Bling Pig. That's a good IPA if anybody's looking for one. Even though I like it, I just couldnt help but think of it as the little brother of the Plinys.

Just some Sierra Nevada Pale tonight. Love the 24-ounce bottles when I get home from work late and have to work the next morning. One bottle is perfect.

Had a Cascade Winter Gose (very good), Pyramid Outburst (Ok-mehish), and a Cascade Black Sheep Stout ( good, but a little funky) earlier. Finishing up with a Boundary Bay Imperial IPA.

Went to the back of the cellar and pulled out a three-year old Aventinus.

All I can say is that is a great beer fresh, and a spectacular beer well-kept.

    I mean spectacular.

Not too bad really. Tropical fruit in the smell but it doesn't come through in the taste. A very spicy rye flavored beer.

Just had a PBR for the first time in a long time, friend bought it for me at a bar. Still dont get the following but I suppose it's better than Coors/Bud/Miller.
