That is also part of my problem (4 pounds, but my hop freezer is small and stuffed), but it is cold enough outside right now I just need to plan out my hops well to create room by the time winter is over.
I have about twice that. Yes, I am single at the moment. I may have a hop buying problem. That is a great price for simcoe though. I spent about twice that for the last pound I bought.
I've ordered from Yakima. It was a good experience. I'd definitely order from them again. Good customer service too, I've emailed them with questions they responded fairly quickly.
