    Seriously though. I think they're done with weasel poop for a while.

    Raspberry sours are pure win though. The lemony acidity of Das Uberkind should be perfect with this.

    Sure is.
    I loved the Luwak. Huge coffee flavor without a lot of bitterness.
    Überkind is an excellent choice to add fruit too. I hope it works out.

    My brother ate a Scorpion pepper once, and said his vomit and turds were black for a few days. Needless to say, no one should consume those.

    I will add, to stay on topic, that peppers in beers typically turns me off to the beer. If it's subtle, and in a blended beer, then I can appreciate it, but straight up Pepper Beers are not my thing.

    I wanted to make some salsa with my last ghostface killah but my stupid ass took it to my dads over the holidays. I may grab another bottle to try it. I'm thinking tomatoes, ghostface, garlic, salt, and cilantro could make a decent salsa.

    I'm stoked that there will be another rodeo brew this year. Sounds like there won't be another new mikkeller collab this year.
