BCS snifters

"BCS Glasses are SOLD OUT. Will recieve next shipment in March."

They shipped them to you directly? Pretty awesome of GI. That does mean they will go much faster in March.

March!!! Damn!!! I guess #goandpickitupformebro just turned into #putoutanISOandgettraderapedbro... These are the sweetest looking glasses I've seen

 

allow me to restate my comment from the now-deleted thread...these better have been extras after taking care of those of us that didn't get their glasses on BF - or else...I'll be very upset but still drink their beer.

 

Someone said in the other thread that they still have the glasses for the Black Friday event goers, and that this was a new shipment for sale. I would hope they didn't sell the reserved ones off. When the lines are up you should give them a call.

 

Cool - didn't see that in the old thread. I'm actually going there for dinner tomorrow so I'll ask while I'm there. Thanks for the info.

 

i emailed them at 8:00am today and was able to get 2 BCS snifters shipped to me...so happy they were willing to do this.

 

love that the website says sold out. At least they were smart and kept some hidden away for emergencies... or random BA'ers emailing and calling.

Yessir. In fact I hit them up on FB this morning and they responded at 1pm-ish. I didn't get them payment info until 3pm-ish, but they still kept 2 glasses set aside for me. Awesome customer service and only $10 for packing and shipping 2 glasses? I hope other breweries take note...

 

Yep, the point I was trying to make. But then again, it seems silly to question this when BAs are out there chasing walez.

 

i ended up with 2 snifters and a chalice....i am curious what the chalice will be, but I'm pumped regardless....only $11 for shipping

 

interested in knowing what the chalice is as well, maybe the silver goose wine glass or the GI tulip-style.

 

Most of this thread's information is true. Here's what I know as told from my personal experience & a Goose employee

- They were on sale this morning, started selling them like mad around 11:15am (I was there for lunch as saw probably 20 people walk in and buy 2 each all within a 30-40 minute span)

- Limit 2 (it's always been limit 2 contrary to what might have been mentioned last night)

- $10 a piece, $11.10 w/ tax

- Early this morning before they opened they were willing to ship, Sometime around the time they opened they decided not to sell via internet/email and ship as they realized their supply would not last the afternoon.

- I did see about 20 boxes packed up with glasses that looked ready to ship, I assume these werefor the BF people and the internet/email sales they made this morning (<- that's for you bertram)

- They will be getting another shipment "in about a month or so" the girl told me.

- as a consolation they do finally have some of their other glass styles in stock, most notably the tulip, which has been out of stock that last few times I've been there.

 

yeah I got an email at 10:30 eastern time saying they would sell me 2 snifters....guessing they stopped that shortly after....I am glad i got in early
