As usual, I prefer the authentic German version:

I now know I am getting old because my first thought was I may need to ID these girls before even thinking about them.

I like the look of Ten Fidy as it's being poured. Holy hell, that shit is as black as the devil's dick.

LOL, this is my desktop photo, I looked for the blonde in the front of the pic when I went to Germany but didn't find her.

Like my logo I like the look of any amber to mahogany colored brew ( IPA ) in a pint glass!

    Completely disagree with OP.

Appearance is one of the most important elements of the beer for me, especially the head & color.

Hefe-Weizen, Pils, Kolsch, Dry Nitro Stouts, ESB's, among many others are a joy to look at.

Too bad so many (most?) here don't know what you're talking about. They'd probably be content with cloudy lagers.

I have to admit the first time I had Duvel.....

Stared at the glass for 10mins just watching the carbonation.... Coulda been a stripper pole dancing behind it and I woundn't have noticed much. Well maybe I'd have been distracted a little........

Duvel in a Duvel glass definitely looks sexy. What about Samuel Adams Boston Lager in one of their perfect pint glasses? Yes please. I'd also mention any properly done hefeweizen or weizenbock, bocks, a good helles, an imperial stout, an ipa, or how about any stout on nitro tap?

Those are flavor clouds! What is the problem with wanting the most flavor possible?!?
