It's a tasty beer and I enjoy it most when it's really hot out...refreshing!

They brew it year around for Florida only. Or so says the J.J. Taylor guy who delivers it year around. What bottle shop?

I can assure you it is a year round beer in Florida.

During the summer, like on the 4th of July watching fireworks, this is the beer I can bring that everyone including me will drink, Now I can get Gumballhead easily so I don't drink Oberon much but it is a Classic and deserves it's proper respect.

Its not a terrible beer, but I do have Gumballhead coming, so the jury is out until after easter. I may even do a side by side. I do get the hype, and enjoy it. Its a great summer beer, and deserves its due.

Fantastic, you really can't go wrong with Oberon on a nice summer day. Fantastic session beer that is relatively well priced and even BMC drinkers love it so you close the gap!

Love Bells brewery but cant stand this beer. Saaz in a wheat beer like this is not for me, plus I despise American wheat style anyway.

This a great bring to a barbecue beer. It is complex enough for your beer snobs, approachable enough for your BMC drinkers, and very refreshing on a hot summers day. Is it the greatest beer of all time? Clearly not. However, in context (session American wheat beer), it more than holds its own.

Oberon is good, but I'll take Oarsman over it in a heartbeat. They both cover the whole "beer to drink when it's hot out" niche, but Oarsman does it with more aplomb. I'll probably pick up a sixer of Oberon sometime soon anyway, it's been a month. I get that craving more when it's 95 degrees out every day instead of the 85 it is right now.

I still have a soft spot in my heart (or maybe my head) for Oberon. Something about it says "summer by the lake".

Way overrated imo. Not much flavor, nose is meh, and I just don't find it very good. I don't think I like the hop profile for some reason. More of a summer gimmick beer than good beer.......imo.

got a 12 for $13.50, $16 OTD. I'm really enjoying it ultra-fresh, although Am.Wheat is certainly not my style today. Oberon is Oberon

Had my first 2 bottles today. Seems better than the last couple years. Paid 9.99 for a six pack, for those keeping tabs...
