$2,000 haul at Mammoth Brewing but that was to sell

Recently bought a guys beer cellar for $800.

Bruery hauls were up there too. $500 for White Chocolate and about the same for Melange 3.

I just spent close to $200 at Tired Hands last night.

Needless to say, well worth it.

For my 21st, I stocked up on a solid $150 worth of brews. About $120 for this past Thanksgiving. Planning a Heady Topper trip for essentially the sole purpose of stocking up this mid-March. I'm prepared for many cases.

Abyss, Dissident, Alesmith stuff, Black Tuesday, Surly, FFF, and some others .
About 4 or 5 mixed cases of stuff. I guess you could call that a cellar.

$400-500 if I find a store with lots of hidden gems. Spending around $100 per store is about normal. I justify it by going a few weeks between purchases. The wife isn't crazy about the spending, but when I hand her half of a bottle to drink in a snifter she stops complaining.

Unearthly keg. Think it was like 250.

When I head north (from Alabama) I plan on stocking up with beer I just can't get this way. FFF, Columbus Brewing, Brew Kettle, Fat Heads, Half Acre (If I have time, and am crazy enough to go there). I like to come back with $200-$300 worth. When and if Columbus Brewery starts bottling Bodhi I'll get as much of it as I can for sure!

They were selling 2 bricks. I got back in line, and got away with it.

I saw a BCBCS bomber for $35. I'm great at justifying all sorts of things... Why I should hit snooze (4 times), why I don't need to work out, why I should get fries with that. Couldn't justify this.

$875 dollars and change on a beer run to Philly. Picked up Cantillons and Russian Rivers (different ones) and when he totaled it up I about coded. So I broke out the credit card and said God you gotta get me home on this tank a gas cause I am tapped! But that was nothing compared to when the Mrs got the CC statement...hehehe...

That's why I strictly stick with cash. The Mrs would scalp off the mustache and kick me out on the street. I feel for ya! Philly is a great beer town. Closest place to me that has Maine Beer. Can't wait to get back there.

I've averaged about $150 per trip to Hill Farmstead the last 3 times I went up. Honestly feel like it is worth it.
