Iron Hill BA Dark Humor

Drank the Bourbon Dark Humor on Monday night. It's an interesting beer, but isn't as sour as I was expecting. I also don't think it's worth the price tag, but I was lucky to have a family member give me one as a present. Could be good with age, if it's gets more sour.

 

What location are we talking about?

 

Pretty sure it's bottles only. I got one for Christmas, $30.00 750ml cork and caged.

 

Drank the Tawny Port and loved it.
Not huge in the lactic notes but very complex and enjoyable.
The price was a little rough but knew I wouldn't have many chances to try it.

 

The release was at the Media location.

 

Bottles still for sale in media. At least of 2 of the varieties. Possibly more.

 

At $30 a bottle, is that terribly surprising? I was never a huge fan of the base, though. Thought it tasted too much like sour cream when I had it.
