I would think Head Hunter, White Rajah, and/or Columbus IPA would get it done. Then again, I'd take any of those three all day over Heady, so maybe I'm just crazy.

 

Even Bourbon County won't land Heady, I already tried that. I was reluctant and found someone willing to trade for Fresh Hopslam....the last thing I thought Vermonter's would want was another brewery's DIPA LOL. It can be easy to land, or hard as hell. I guess it just depends on timing

 

We already knew your crazy. And this only re-affirms our suspicions.

 

Depends a lot on timing. For months we were hearing: "Oh, BCBS should be hitting shelves in a couple weeks." So I'm not surprised that didn't get done in the fall/early winter. Might be easier to get done now that we've seen it come and go.

 

Its unbelievable how serious people get. Its the internet and beer. Stupidity if you ask me :-)

tip: try trading things that aren't IPAs for heady. i'm certain you have something in your distribution that people can't find, but it's unlikely to be an IPA that VT people want.
