    I'd like to think they wouldn't say anything unless they intend to do something. Put me down for a case. I bought a case of Hometown Blonde and should probably grab another while they're still lurking about.

    From what I can tell, NG is very deliberate with what they say on FB. I agree that they wouldn't say "and we will again" unless they have specific plans to brew it again.

    I would guess "we have" means either they have made it since it first came out or it's lagering now?

    Looking at the ratings history graph on the other beer rating website, it looks like Edel Pils was retired sometime in 2006 (or possibly late 2005?), but then rebrewed in 2008. Not sure if that's what was meant, or a more recent bewing similar to what you are alluding to.

    Edel Pils was last around in 2008 as a year round with Uff-da Bock. Those were the days...

    Touché. Perhaps they are thinking of a different pilsener. The Sour Brown bit was wrong, but it was still deliberate. :slight_smile:

    Just to clarify my earlier post. If it wasn't on the schedule for this year, my sense it they would have said something to the effect of "We don't have any plans to brew it this year, but vote for it during the beer vote in August." Or some such thing.

    I like Edel Pils, but would much rather see them bring back Yokel. :slight_frown:

    The person who runs the New Glarus social media is an extremely nice woman, but no where near as geeky as 99% of us on BA. That Sour Brown / Sour Ale thing was a misunderstanding / miscommunication for many employees at New Glarus that didn't get straightened out until Dan talked to a bunch of us that Friday morning.

    Its possible she jumps in (and you can tell when its her from the political posts), but we met another woman (who I am drawing a blank on her name unfortunately) at the Sour Ale release on multiple days who was taking pictures and posting them to Facebook. That is who I am referring to with regards to the possible misinformation on Sour Ale.
