    Late Feb early March is already shaping up to be a brutal month with all the friends birthdays, like 4 or so, and mine coming up. Then St Paddys. Whats a person to do?

    Damn...I wish I had some triple cream brie here tonight. Triple cream brie with a sour is heaven. My lady and I shared a 750ml of Rose de Gambrinus with Moon Dust triple cream brie about a month and a half ago and I still think about that pairing...

    This is such a a damn good beer. I mean, ive only had coffee smoke and dagger from Jacks Abby so i cant really say Ive had another good example of a hoppy lager....but this is amazing

    Tickers gotta tick. More beers no one drinks.

    This is realllly damn good. Slight cloying, but so robust and balanced. Never had a smoked brown but they pulled it off.

    This is damn good. Some light tartness on the finish with fig fruitiness and yeast esters. Nice crisp mouthfeel as well. Light saison funk too.
